About the Cup

Abundantly fruity and remarkably sweet. Within the cup, you'll discover lively and effervescent acidity, along with a smooth texture and abundant sweetness, complemented by lemongrass, sage, tangerines, and oranges. It possesses a complex bittersweet profile with a floral hint of acidity, and a very rich texture in the mouth.

About EA Decaffination Process

The coffee is decaffeinated using ethyl acetate from cane sugar, which keeps its sweetness and natural flavor. This decaf coffee undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process with whole coffee cherries and yeast (Saccharomyces pastorianus.) After this, the cherries are pulped and fermented for another 68 hours. The juices produced during the first fermentation are used again in the second fermentation. Finally, the coffee is washed and dried for 48 hours at a warm temperature.
