Brimming with holiday flavors the return of the OG modcup fave is perfectly timed. Boozy and Chocolatey this coffee is reminiscent of those naughty holiday chocolates with the liquor centers. With an orange like acidity and fig sweetness it's the perfect winter warmer cup.
About Bali
The exotic and colorful island of Bali produces a small volume of coffee in the interior highlands. This is a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or "washed" coffees. Balis subak co ops grow their coffees guided by the HIndu philosophy, “Tri Hita Karana.” These Organic-certified farmers use heirloom Arabicas like Typica and Bourbon, shaded by trees that enhance coffee quality and wildlife habitat. Sundried on raised beds for clean, quick drying.
