Coffee A and Coffee B. Are you still able to taste the origin difference even when taken to the dark side?
Brazilian Coffees are known for low acidity nutty flavors, Ethiopians for higher acidity Citrusy flavors. Most would agree darkly roasting coffee eliminates origin flavor characteristics.
Now you can be the judge of that yourself.
You will also receive a 2oz bag of each of the respective coffees roasted in the more traditional modcup fashion. It should be a lot easier to tell the origin of these coffees......
