Not your typical Rwandan offering.
Using the natural process to remove the coffee cherry from the bean/seed as opposed to a washed fermentation method this is unlike the majority of coffees usually exported from Rwanda.
As a result it is more akin in taste profile to an Ethiopian natural. Expect big fruit flavors, big body and more of a wine like experience than coffee.
This coffee is sweet, very sweet...which is to be expected as it is 100% bourbon varietal. That sweetness and syrupy mouthfeel is increased ten fold by the natural processing.
This offering is limited and highly recommended for those that love their Ethiopian naturals.
